After their heist in Brazil, Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner are offered pardons for their crimes in exchange for helping DSS agent Luke Hobbs apprehend Owen Shaw, an ex-British SAS Major leading a mercenary organization. Dom's supposedly murdered former lover Letty, who suffers from amnesia, turns out to be a member of Shaw's crew, driving the team's mission across London and beyond.
